This will be a 15-30 minute class on Quick Self-Massage for Daily Health.
The post-pandemic world finds many of us frazzled and longing for safe, healing touch and connection. It may be difficult to either find a suitable therapist, or the time for a professional health appointment. Often the gap can be filled with quality techniques and Self-Massage. I'm going to share with you what I've learned about anatomy, touch and self-massage from my 24 years as a therapist. Learn a short routine for the whole body that you can repeat daily for nervous system calming, hormonal balance and body aches. Recommended form-fitting clothing or bathing suit, a warm room, and blanket or towel for seated floor positions.
