This is the first module of the Wellness class for The Dancing Herbalist's Home Herbalist Study Program. For more information on this program please visit our webpage at thedancingherbalist.com and join the Learn It Live Information Sessions for this program.

Module 1 of wellness matches the human physiology module 1 and focuses on nutrition. This is done through a lens of conscious observation which is the theme that runs through all of the wellness modules.
